May 2010

MDA participated in the 7th annual Job Fair, organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo. The activity was held on May 13th, 2010, at the Youth Center in Prishtina.

May 2010

MDA participated in the “Business Case Challenge (BCC)” Competition, organized by WUS Austria. MDA delivered two training modules in Career Planning and Presentation Skills to all participants of the Business Case Challenge and participated as a jury member in evaluation of final work of the competitors.

MDA has successfully implemented Human Resource Management public training course, in Ohrid, Macedonia. Participants were acquired with new practices and techniques in Human Resource Management.

April 2010

MDA implemented the second Project Management Professional training course for an audience deriving mainly from the private sector in Kosovo. This public training course is provided in accordance with guidelines set by Project Management Institute (PMI), United States of America.

MDA Office moved to Pejton – centrally located in Prishtina, in a newly refurbished facility with 360 meters squared, enabling the company to get closer to its clients.

Training: MDA has successfully implemented Quality Management training for an audience deriving from public and private sectors of Kosovo and Albania. Participants were acquired with good practices in Quality Management as well as the documents and procedures for ISO 9001:2008 certification.

September 2009

Training: MDA was contracted by IPKO Foundation to provide training on staff evaluation and personal development for their senior management. The activities throughout the training module were: introduction to staff appraisal and PDPs, discussing job performance, understanding expectations, developing job performance, and preparing personal development plans.
