| Training: MDA was contracted by IPKO Foundation to provide training on staff evaluation and personal development for their senior management. The activities throughout the training module were: introduction to staff appraisal and PDPs, discussing job performance, understanding expectations, developing job performance, and preparing personal development plans. |
