About BDA

Business Development Associates (BDA) is one of the six divisions of Management Development Associates (MDA). BDA does not represent a separate legal entity and therefore enjoys the full benefit of all human, material and financial resources of MDA and its other divisions.

BDA’s mission is to deliver modern and effective business development services to industries in Kosovo and throughout the region.

BDA provides four main services to private sector clients in Kosovo and Western Balkan region: technical expertise, startup advice, market research, and the development of both investment proposals and business plans for expansionary efforts. The main services provided by BDA to its private sector clients cover areas such as technical expertise, startup consultancy, market research, development of both investment proposals and expansion business plans.

In its effort to fully satisfy client needs, BDA goes beyond offering raw market information and planning tools. BDA provides quality information that is customized to each client's needs and assists them in the process of how to best the available information. BDA is continuously engaged in understanding the client so that it can address their problems with comprehensive solutions.

BDA's clients range from entrepreneurs with innovative ideas that need assistance in formalizing their plans to appeal to investors to company CEO's that would like to expand their local production capacities or to explore new markets by exporting their products and services throughout the region.
