About SDA

Skills Development Associates (SDA) is one of the six divisions of Management Development Associates (MDA). SDA does not represent a separate legal entity and therefore enjoys the full benefit of all human, material and financial resources of MDA and its other divisions.

SDA – Skills Development Associates provides managerial and technical trainings to client organizations and companies for human resource capacity building. SDA has trained over 8,000 professionals in Kosovo and throughout the region since 2004. SDA specializes in the provision of General Management Trainings, Certificate Based Training, Vocational Training and Coaching and Mentoring. Training sessions are individually designed by the SDA team to cater the specific needs of clients such as civil society organizations, private sector companies, multilateral donor organizations, and governmental bodies, from municipal to ministerial level, and their subordinated institutions.

SDA prides itself on its successful history of delivering pragmatic trainings, coaching, and mentoring for employees at all levels in their professional careers; from young start-up entrepreneurs, to Civil Society Organization staff, and management executives.

SDA consistently implements projects within the established timeframe and according to the allotted budget. The comprehensive planning techniques used by SDA provide reliable markers for measuring the project progress. Project accountability is therefore maintained through all phases of implementation and concerns can be addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
